About Sass

Sass is the one everybody falls for. Sweet, sincere, and clever as they come, she's a favorite of every single person who meets her — and she knows just how to win a heart. She runs a little barter system all her own: a fresh trick from her in exchange for a good belly rub from you. It's a fair trade, and she'll happily make it all day long.

Where Sass really shines is out doing chores. There's no better co-pilot on the place — she rides right up in the cab of Dale's tractor, keeping watch as we head out to feed the cows like the farmhand she was born to be. And come breakfast, she's Donna's faithful little helper, with bacon as her well-earned, hands-down favorite reward.

The only thing that ruffles this sweet girl's feathers is the end of a good visit. When it's finally time for the grandkids to head home, that's the worst part of Sass's whole day.
