Apply For A DnD Corgis Puppy

The first step toward bringing home your future family member.

You're one form away from your little blessing.

Our application helps us get to know you so we can match you with the right puppy. There's no fee to apply, and applying doesn't commit you to anything — it simply starts the conversation.

Once you apply, Donna will personally reach out (usually within the hour) to answer questions and talk through next steps. We can't wait to meet you.

What happens next?

1. Donna reads every application personally.

2. We connect, talk, and answer everything.

3. We will work with you to select  the right puppy.

4. Welcome home — and welcome to the Owners Club™.
